Mile 36 Ricky’s Café is the restaurant of Mile 36 Lodge. It is located at the lower level of Old Long House. It is current serving breakfast, lunch and dinner to guest. The café offer American breakfast (Bread, Egg, Sausage, Bake Bean, Coffee/Tea), and on peak season may have both Asian and Western Breakfast which includes Fried rice/noodle/mee hoon, bread and coffee/tea.
The café does not serve or consume pork. It is Muslim care in which it is also serving food for Muslim staff working in the lodge.
Opening hour of the restaurant:
Breakfast: 7:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.
Lunch: 11:00 a.m. – 2 p.m. (Will only be open upon request)
Dinner: 7.00 p.m. – 9 p.m.

There are three dining areas in the restaurant to suit all types of weather
Firstly outdoor with transparent roof and window, suitable for cold and windy days.
Secondly outdoor with transparent roof and open view suitable for good weather. The platform is surrounded by flowers and plants.
Thirdly indoor dining area suitable for all weathers.
Other restaurant around Mile 36 Lodge
From Mile 36 Lodge towards Kinabalu Park HQ direction, there is dinning place available within walking distance which is Chinese Restaurant “89 Station”, about 10-15 minutes’ walk away.
From Mile 36 Lodge towards Kundasang\Ranau direction, 200 meters away on the right side is Mount Borneo Restaurant. It serves Chinese Style Muslim food managed by Chinese Muslim chef. At Kundasang town other choices of food include Kentucky Fried Chicken and other local coffee shop. Half an hour drive away in Ranau town there are other choices of food.
